We make and sell cakes, pastries, breads, desserts and other bakery products. Because many products are handmade, the final product may have small differences in colour, decoration, shape or presentation from photographs shown on our website.

PLACING AN ORDER

Please make sure your name, mobile number, delivery address, delivery date, product, flavour and customisation details are correct. Once an order is successfully confirmed, we start working on it according to the details provided.

CUSTOMISED CAKES

Reference photographs are generally inspiration rather than a guarantee of an identical replica. Handmade decorations, colours, edible prints and other details may have slight variations. Once preparation or decoration has started, changes may not always be possible.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Prices and product availability may change. The price applicable to your order will normally be the price shown when you place the order. If a product becomes unavailable, we will try to contact you and offer an appropriate alternative or applicable refund.

PAYMENT

Orders must be paid using an available payment method. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment/confirmation.

DELIVERY

We always try our best to deliver within the selected delivery window. Traffic, weather, festivals, high order volumes, incorrect addresses and other unexpected situations can sometimes cause delays. For important celebrations, we recommend ordering in advance.

When your order arrives, please check it as soon as possible. If something is wrong, contact us promptly and, wherever possible, share photographs or videos.

Our bakery handles milk, dairy products, eggs, wheat/gluten, nuts, peanuts, soy and other potential allergens. If you have an allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement, please speak to us before ordering. We cannot automatically assume that a product is allergen-free unless specifically confirmed by us.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR CAKE

Our products are made to be enjoyed fresh. Follow recommended storage instructions. Cakes containing cream, fresh fruit, chocolate or other temperature-sensitive ingredients may require refrigeration.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, major transport disruptions or other unforeseen events may affect an order. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate and find a practical solution.
